We offer a free delivery service to the ground floor door of any flat/building/house address you provide us with almost all of the deliveries.

In postcodes starting with IV, PL, EX, CT and Northern Ireland a delivery charge will be applicable, depending on your location and size of the order. Please contact us for specific delivery charges according to your order and your specific situation.

Inspect Upon Delivery: Unpack your sofa, inspect it, and ensure it meets your expectations. If it’s not quite right, simply send it back and we’ll arrange a full refund.

You can arrange a return within 14 days of receiving your item, as long as the item is as new and in the original packaging.

Test drive your new made-to-order sofa at home for 4 weeks. If for any reason you're not 100% happy, you can exchange it for another sofa or return it.
