‣ For all orders under £999 we charge £49 for ground floor deliveries.
‣ For all orders of £999 and above the ground floor delivery is free.
‣ For all deliveries where products need to be taken upstairs, delivery charge is £99, irrespective of the order value.

Our friendly, experienced delivery team will carefully deliver it to a room of your choice, then unpack, assemble and even plump it if required, leaving it looking a million dollars.

BOOKING YOUR DELIVERY
We want to make shopping with us as simple and as stress free as possible, if you buy a product, expect them to arrive between 3 to 10 working days. We or our delivery team will contact you to arrange a delivery date once the product is ready for delivery.

We offer a FREE RETURNS policy if it’s not quite to your taste. Contact us to return via email within 48 hours of receiving the sofa, and receive a full refund on the day of collection! We offer a lifetime guarantee from the date of delivery which covers structural manufacturing defects. In addition to this, we also offer a 1-year guarantee which covers general manufacturing faults. All manufacturing faults other than the frames are covered for one year from the date of delivery.

• Misuse (accidental or deliberate)
• Failure to maintain
• Commercial or institutional use
• A product that has been assembled or stored incorrectly (e.g. in an area of damp or direct sunlight)
• Any item where an alteration has been carried out
• Clearance and/or display products
• Failure to follow the terms of these guarantees
