DELIVERY CHARGE

Free delivery available all over England, Wales and Scotland. Delivery surcharge applied to Northern Ireland.

We offer a free delivery service to the ground floor door of any flat/building/house address you provide us with almost all of the deliveries.

In postcodes starting with IV, PL, EX, CT, TR, TQ and Northern Ireland a delivery charge will be applicable, depending on your location and size of the order. Please contact us for specific delivery charges according to your order and your specific situation.

We always encourage you to double check measurements, space in your room and colour schemes before purchasing. But if you are not happy with the product, we have you covered. We offer a FREE RETURNS policy if the sofa is not quite to your taste or style. We ask that you complete a returns request via email within 48 hours of receiving the sofa, and you will receive a full refund on the day of collection! We require the sofa to be in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Alternatively, if a return is requested after the initial 48-hour period but within 100 days of delivery, we can arrange for the sofa to be collected; however, please be aware that this service will incur a collection fee of £299.

We offer a lifetime guarantee from the date of delivery which covers structural manufacturing defects. In addition to this, we also offer a 1-year guarantee which covers general manufacturing faults. All manufacturing faults other than the frames are covered for one year from the date of delivery.

• A product that has been assembled or stored incorrectly (e.g. in an area of damp or direct sunlight)
• Any item where an alteration has been carried out
